Brief History and Achievements

2017

Founded in 2017, Visionpix is an IT software services provider dedicated and focused on to deliver best essential software services across IT, quality assurance, cybersecurity, data management, and cloud solutions. Our mission also extends to empowering job seekers to explore and secure fulfilling career opportunities

2018

We successfully launched our inaugural B2C products – 911 Recruit and CV builder.

2019

We expanded our operational footprint by establishing our second delivery center in the Tier-2 city of Kurnool – Nandyal

2020

We initiated RPO services for three prominent organizations. Through our efforts, we have successfully placed over 400 candidates in various roles.

2022

We established a partnership with Go Prama LCNC & EJRekruit, a US-based company, serving as both a reseller and implementation partner. In tandem, we bolstered our leadership team to ensure focused delivery for startups and SMEs.

2024

We expanded our business into the technology sector by introducing Cloud Services, Data Science, QA, Testing and Cybersecurity practices.

A decade at Infosys as a Project Manager, managing applications for Fortune 500 companies. led teams and projects, including setting up and heading HR and training services growing the team from scratch to 500+, leverage global operations to deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions. Specializing in human relationships, technical problem-solving, and training management, He brings a blend of IT expertise and HR acumen to drive success across diverse domains.

Rekha H.R is the Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at Visionpix. Prior to joining Visionpix, she led the Human Resources function at Resource Management Group. She has been instrumental in developing various strategies to enhance work-life balance and has played a pivotal role in driving initiatives for women’s employment at Visionpix. Additionally, she has successfully established and led two diversity and inclusion organizations from their inception. Rekha holds a degree in Science from MES College and Home Science.
